The ITS User Group is an independent organisation which offers membership to all clients licensed to use ITS Tertiary Software’s Integrator product. Each member institution (client) has one representative on the User Group Committee, which is responsible for the effective functioning of the Group. A five-member Executive Committee handles the day-to-day affairs of the User Group.


The main aims of the User Group are to:

• promote communication between the user community and ITS Tertiary Software as suppliers of software and other services;
• promote communication between users of different educational institutions;
• strive to establish best practice procedures and integrate solutions with the Integrator solution;
• create platforms where these systems can be discussed and request for system enhancements be considered.
